How to create “My Account”?

It’s easy to create an account with metercube, you can simply register with your email ID or login with a Gmail or Facebook profile. Click on the ‘LOGIN/NEW USER’ option at the top right corner of the page. A pop-up box would ask for login details of existing users. Above that, there is an option to register new users. Enter your name, email address and other requested details in the boxes provided. Click ‘Register’. Login via Google/Facebook is as easy as: Click on the button you would like to use, i.e. Facebook or Google. Click ‘OK’ on the permission dialog box that appears on your Facebook page or choose the email address you would like to choose. Metercube will use your details to create an account.

Can I buy from www.metercube.com without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order using your social media login or guest login. However, if you create an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us the next time using your login id (your email address) and password. All your personal information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

How do I change my personal info?

Go to the My Account page, login and modify your account details there.

How do I know the status of my order?

Homeware Products (Decor, Kitchen, Furnishing, etc.) will be delivered through metercube’s logistics team or reputed courier services within 15-20 working days. These orders can be tracked online through an order number on respective logistic partner sites. Furniture products will be shipped via meter’s logistic team within 15-20 working days. Delivery for furniture by the logistic team and assembly by reputed partners will take 4-5 working days. Currently, furniture orders cannot be tracked online. However, we will keep you notified via email/SMS about the status of the order placed. You can also reach out to us at info@metercube.com or call us on +91 8105788334.

How do I know the status of my orderWhen & how can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your order amount will be refunded. In case the product you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, it can still be cancelled online. However, there will be 2% cancellation charge levied. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product from the courier. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you.

Are there any shipping/delivery charges?

We offer free shipping for our furniture within the city limits of a store. Household range of products can be purchased with nominal shipping charges. In case you book multiple products in a single order, we will endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to the nature of product and/or the mode of delivery.

Payment

Are there any hidden charges in the placed order?

There are absolutely no hidden charges; you have to pay the exact amount shown on the product page. However, in case you choose to pay cash on delivery (COD) there will be an additional Rs.50 added to the product cost.
