I need information about creating or signing into an account with metercube

To create an account with metercube, you will need an email address or social media profile. When signing up, simply provide your name and email ID in the pop-up box and proceed to creating a password. When using social profile, click on the Facebook button and authorise metercube to use your details to create an account. You can always modify details by going to the My Account page.

I need help with information about an order I placed

Products will be delivered within 15 to 20 days and can either be tracked online (homeware) or via email and SMS (furniture). If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund only if the product hasn’t been shipped. If it is already on its way to you when you cancel the order then you shall incur a 2% cancellation fee. Refunds shall be processed only after we receive the cancelled order from the courier service.

I need information about available payment options

You can choose to pay for your order via online modes like credit or debit cards, net banking or UPI or opt to pay cash on delivery. For the latter, you may be charged an additional Rs. 50.
